iPhone 12 just recently upgraded to iOS 16.2 iPad been working well prior to that update now, when I enter my user info and press submit to start the app Dash it just crashes.

iPhone 12 just recently upgraded to iOS 16.4.2. App used to work well on iPhone 8 and early IOS 16 versions on iPhone 12. Now, when I enter my user info and press submit to start the app, it just crashes - does not even try to load. Why has HPUD not addressed this failure?
