## What is Halo_Quay?

Halo_Quay is a harbor tactics session on a fog-blue quay. Read glowing enemy telegraphs, play Stride / Lance / Brace / Shove / Fog cards, and keep the lantern wagon alive across Ante watches.

Each Ante opens a new pressure layer: permanent roster scars, path relic drafts, intent mastery pushes, and convoy strain on the rail. Undo mistakes, study Harbor Ring dials, and tune Fog Lens appearance between watches.

Build your quay ritual: hoist the beacon briefing, choose a lit milepost, clear berths on the map rail, then return for the next Ante stamp.
