### 1.0.12 — 2026-08-21

Updated bin sorting instructions on the Check-in Results screen. Check the instruction on the final screen for every collar — several bin names and SKUs to convert to have changed.
Updated condition for the "Already Checked In" screen. A collar that has shipped out since its last check-in now goes through the normal check-in flow instead of showing the "Already Checked In" screen.

1. When checking in a collar, scanning the barcode/QR is now the only method. The manual entry field has been removed from the app.
2. A new Label Identification screen has been added. It helps operators distinguish between warranty labels and B2B or unreadable labels during check-in. INM records for valid mismatched-label returns are now auto-processed with clear comments. CSA intervention is still required in edge cases (e.g., both collars returned, unreadable labels, label sent to retailer).
3. When a collar arrives at the warehouse with a "ReturnWithExchange" RMA in "Canceled" status and no other active RMAs, the system automatically checks it in as INM (Information Not Matching) with reason “CollarReturnCanceled”.
4. Route Phase 1 Halo 4 collars back to the manufacturer in Taiwan.

### 1.0.7 — 2025-08-08

- Collars with Expired or Rejected return RMA will be checked in as INMs with corresponding reasons.
- Now “This collar must be placed in the bin with C-stage collars for analysis” handling instruction will be shown after the check-in of a Halo C-stage collar.
