I press the next button on the bottom of the screen and nothing happens. ### 1/5 — Biggest problem in the app please fix it!!! *2023-04-14* There is a big problem with KuCoin community chain network, because it has the same address as the ERC20. Every time I time I send the Kucoind to the Ku Coin Community network. IT WENT DIRECTLY INTO THE ERC20 and non to where it is suppose to go. ALSO BECAUSE OF THIS I CAN SEND ANY OF BITCOINS AND IT IS STUCK IN ONE PLACE. ### 1/5 — Warning *2023-03-30* Do not use this exchange if you are based in the US. They will slowly siphon your money and the app is rigged like a casino. As soon as you buy in the price action goes the opposite way with the hopes new traders sell and have to pay excess trading fees. They will keep your money if there’s any kind of error and customer support will literally lie to you. You’ve been warned. I’m out over 5k over the course of 2 years. Literally took my money every single time. Doesn’t matter if you HODL, LONG or SHORT. They will go as far to glitch the app during rage price moves as well. Traders beware. Also wondering where all of their negative reviews went? Must be paying apple a lot. **Developer response:** Halo Wallet is a self-custodial wallet with users having full control of their assets. For any problems regarding exchanges, please directly contact them through their official channels. I downloaded it and in-stole it to iphone 6 but after installation I cant scroll down at all If I skip security and continue then cant scroll down nowhere. Because you will not have use of your money if you put it in here . ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even support KCC network. *2023-07-25* So after KuCoin shut down usa users… I transferred my Usdt on the KuCoin network to the halo wallet. The wallet doesn’t allow you to buy the gas coin (KCS) on the KuCoin network which is required to move it else where. It also doesn’t let you or give the option swap USDT on KuCoin network into standard Usdt. Why would KuCoin make an app that doesn’t even let its own net work function on it.
