I did everything EXACTLY as the setup guide instructed. Downloaded the worthless app. The app freezes up. It doesn’t matter what you do, the Optimizer will not connect. This kit is a TOTAL waste of money. It’s going in the dumpster. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Will not connect. *2025-03-22, version 1.06* I cannot connect to the Optimizer. Finally had to just forget the network because. I could not connect the network to the internet. A waste of money. ### 1/5 — Does not work any more *2023-07-23, version 1.06* Pivotel / Global Marine has not corrected a problem where iPhone 8 with ver. 16. App used to work great. With their last update a year ago no longer works. Don’t under stand why they won’t resolve. This problem as it’s also effecting other iPhone models too. Hard to get support from them ### 1/5 — WXa-213 extender as well not compatible with the Halo WiFi app. *2023-07-03, version 1.06* WXa-213 extender is not compatible either with the Halo WiFi app. Pivotel has not solved the problem! ### 1/5 — App quit allowing access to Optimizer *2023-02-21, version 1.06* App no longer allows configuring the Optimizer Router wXa-122. To connect to a WiFi network, a web browser must be used. The app on iPhone is not useable for some reason. Pivotel has not been able to resolve the issue.
