I simply asked why the pharmacy gave the wrong amount of medication, and the doctor snapped, 'Who’s the doctor here, me or the pharmacist?' When I asked why the prescription didn’t match the initial recommendation, the doctor got angry and told me to just consult another doctor. In the end, I was charged for the consultation—even though it should’ve been covered by insurance—because they claimed the chat was unrelated to the illness.
