The maps and address feature does not work well at all. You must put an address near by and tell the driver where to go. Good luck contacting the driver though.

Had a very bad experience with a doctor on Halodoc. I simply asked why the pharmacy gave the wrong amount of medication, and the doctor snapped, 'Who’s the doctor here, me or the pharmacist?' When I asked why the prescription didn’t match the initial recommendation, the doctor got angry and told me to just consult another doctor. In the end, I was charged for the consultation—even though it should’ve been covered by insurance—because they claimed the chat was unrelated to the illness. I also reached out to customer service (Heidy), but she was no help at all. Really disappointing and arrogant doctor attitude overall.

I had chats with customer service through Halodoc app to ask for solving my problem when linking my insurance to the app.
But, Halodoc’s customer service just repeated asking me “dengan bapak siapa?”, “seperti apa masalah?” then stop responding without come up with solution. Even I have sent screenshoot of the problem!

Just waste user’s time and energy! Very disappointed. His name (customer service) is Dimas Ario.

Used the app to order medicine online to be delivered to our hotel. Needed antibiotics, once added to cart, connected to a dr quickly thru app, messaging with dr and script granted. Paid and delivered within an hour. Tracking for the whole order so you can keep tabs.
So easy. So good
