## What is HaloRT?

HaloRT is the resident portal for Indonesian neighborhood associations (RT/RW), housing clusters, apartments, and residential communities.

From iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, residents can handle everyday community needs without a noisy chat group or missing paperwork.

DUES & PAYMENTS
• View monthly dues and payment status
• Submit bank transfer, QRIS, or cash payments for committee verification
• Track payment history for your housing unit
• On Apple Watch: see dues and record a payment from your wrist

NEWS, ANNOUNCEMENTS & EVENTS
• Read community news and committee announcements
• Check upcoming events: meetings, volunteer days, clinics, and gatherings

RESIDENT SERVICES
• Request administrative letters (domicile, cover letters, and more)
• File complaints or suggestions, with optional photo evidence
• View community finances: cash balance, income, and expenses
• Join community donation campaigns and upload transfer proof
• Community marketplace: browse and post preloved, goods, and services

APPLE WATCH
• iPhone companion after you sign in on the phone
• Iuran, Berita, and Donasi on your wrist
• Pay dues or donate (transfer, QRIS, cash); the committee still verifies
