## What is Haloscript?

Haloscript is a home for your novel and the whiteboard where you think it through.

WRITE
• A binder of parts, chapters and scenes, with word counts that roll up
• A distraction-free scene editor with bold, italic, underline and more, autosaved as you type
• Page themes, typeface, size, margins and line spacing you can set to suit your eyes
• Daily word goal, streak and a goal for the whole book
• Focus mode, scene history and find & replace across the manuscript
• Start from a template: three-act, hero's journey, save-the-cat and more

ORGANISE
• Corkboard and outline views; drag scenes to reorder or move between chapters
• Tag scenes with a point-of-view character and a coloured plotline, then filter
• Story Bible for characters, locations, research and ideas, with images and PDFs attached
• A research panel beside your page: Story Bible entries and a small web browser

THINK ON THE WHITEBOARD
• An infinite canvas with sticky notes, shapes, connectors and freehand drawing
• Apple Pencil pressure, palm rejection, hover preview and Pencil Pro squeeze
• A sketch board linked to every scene
• Turn your scenes into a plot board of cards, one column per chapter

KEEP IT SAFE
• Syncs between Mac, iPad and iPhone through your private iCloud
• Deleted items wait 30 days in Recently Deleted
• One-tap backup and restore, and import from Word, Markdown or text
• Export to Word, ePub, Markdown or plain text

Your writing stays yours. Haloscript has no accounts, no tracking and no ads.
