Now the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is in the palm of your hand! Preventing diabetes is possible and HALT is the best way to avoid medication while learning lifetime skills of healthy living! I LOVE the interface and the videos and the photo-recording of what I eat. Never has disease prevention been so easy and good looking!
