## What is Halyk Finance?

Halyk Finance is an investments application from Halyk Finance, subsidiary of Halyk Bank Kazakhstan, the leading financial group and the leading retail bank in Kazakhstan with the most extensive customer base and distribution network. The application functionality includes onboarding and online opening of brokerage accounts in Halyk Finance, securities trading on stock exchanges, such as KASE, AIX, NYSE, LSE, brokerage account refill through acquiring system and withdrawal of funds to the personal bank accounts. The App provides you also the opportunity to participate in KEGOC SPO. Просто позор. Периодически скидывает пароль и требует повторную авторизацию. Вход по отпечатку или короткому коду практически всегда сбоит. На Андроиде то же самое. Наймите нормальных разработчиков и не экономьте на железе. Позор, а не приложение.

Бұны қолдануға кеңес бермеймін. Салған ақшаңызды шығара алмайсыз. Қосымша ақшаны қабылдайды, бірақ ақшаны қайтармайды. Масқара!

Внимательно следите, сколько денег пришло после пополнения, например должно была быть комиссия 0,27%, но почему то берется 2,49%. И если вы ложите внушительные суммы, у вас могут своровать больше двух процентов. Нужно самому писать в поддержку чтобы зачислили разницу. 

Само приложение лагает 80% времени, то не открывается главное меню, то рынок не открывается и пишет ошибка 500. Как будто приложением 2011 года пользуюсь.

Нет нормальных фильтров на рынке. Нет нормальной статистики по счету и портфелю. Приложение Жана Казахстана, выделили как всегда милиарды, и 90% своровали.

Очень удивлён насколько плохим и неудобным может быть приложение по инвестициям. Сумма средств отображается глючно, то пропадает, то наслаивается. И это на айфонах последних моделей, а не на каких-то малоизвестных моделях, где ещё можно было понять.  
Чтобы купить доллары приходится переводить тенге на международный рынок, затем на международный рынок с долларами и обратно и все это ещё и происходит не моментально, а уходит на это несколько суток. Трейдинг с этим приложением я так понимаю вообще невозможен. Купить акции не получается тоже выдаёт «операция отменена по техническим причинам». Хотя, деньги на счете есть. По каким причинам остаётся только догадываться. 
Пока не очень понимаю как с этим приложением можно инвестировать)) это просто обнять и плакать ))
