### 5/5 — Very useful App and a good value.

*2025-12-12*

I’ve been using HAM-Toolbox daily for quite some time and never had any problems. I like all the features especially HAM-Clock, DXCluster, POTA and Logbook. All of the tools can be very helpful.

I really like that widgets are now included which allows bringing up HAM-Clock with a simple tap on the widget.

Customer support is outstanding and the user manual is very well written. Hats off to the developer!

### 2/5 — Uploads to LOTW Not Working

*2025-10-02*

Great in principle but difficult to set up interface with LOTW. Successfully uploaded .P12 file, but attempts to transfer qsl info always results in “There was an error, uploading the QSOs” message, which is utterly unhelpful. Manual explanations not sufficient to figure out how to use this and other features. Perhaps a video stepping users through setup and use would be helpful.

### 4/5 — Nice enough, but not compatible with Flex?

*2025-03-25*

I downloaded this app with the expectation that it would work with the Mac SmartSDR app for macOS (which communicates with the Flex Radio), since they both come from the same company. Oddly enough, HAM-Toolbox doesn’t work with Mac SmartSDR. The author has responded, but there is no solution yet. This might be nice for other rigs, but not Flex. Three stars for now, until I can get a fix from the author.
3/25/25 update: The author finally responded, and fixed the Flex integration. It’s way more useful now, and could be better with some UI improvements and ability to click on spots to auto-tune the radio.

### 3/5 — Nice enough, but not compatible with Flex?

### 2/5 — Crashes

*2025-01-15*

Current version doesn’t work just crashes

**Developer response:** Hi,
I’m really sorry to hear that the app is crashing for you. I’d love to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Could you please use the “Contact Developer” button within the app to reach out directly? If you can share a bit more detail about when the crashes occur, it would be a huge help in tracking down the issue. I truly appreciate your support and look forward to getting this fixed for you!

### 4/5 — Very Useful info

*2024-12-31*

Found this app very useful although seems to be more US based, slight niggle that the columns of data don’t align with titles, hopefully this will fixed

### 5/5 — Good

*2024-09-15*

This is a good app. I would love to see the Ham-clock added as a desktop widget though. This way, I can see the ham clock without the app being full loaded.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-02-17*

I am a new ham. I have used Mac' s since 1990. One of my concerns entering the ham world was having to rely on p's for everything. Marcus' app let's me do everything I want to in a native Mac environment.

### 5/5 — Danke Jan

*2024-01-12*

### 4/5 — The Mac gets the radio app it deserves

*2023-02-25*

There is a dearth of Mac radio software that doesnt look and function like a refugee from the 1990s.Ham-Toolbox brings this bang up to date with a modern interface and functionality that is actually useful. A univeral app that works across Mac, iPad and iPhone this provides a range of tools and information useful to the radion amateur. My only minor criticism is that the logbook it firmly fixed to only dealing with amateur transmissions with no provision to manage broadcast, utility and numbers stations. That said this is definitly a step in the right direction and an improvent over what has gone before. Worth the £9.99 it cost me and I am already looking at other software from the same author.
