After the latest update I have frequent problems with logging in the app. For now I can’t log any more.

item stop working after last update for IOS deleted the app its not working no tec support and they do seem to want to fix the problem aand only want android users

The only reason I got a Hama lightbulb was because it said on the box that you can use it with Siri Shortcuts, but it seems that's no longer the case.

Why remove a feature that works great and is by far the biggest plus of using the app? I would like to add that a few months have passed since the update, which removed the possibility of using widgets. I don't know who came up with such an absurd idea, but I'm hoping for a correction and adding widgets again.

Why on earth are the on/off buttons of each device so small? It makes no sense that you have 90% of the area of the button dedicated to going into device settings but the small 10% remaining in the corner is used to on/off? It should be the other way around, make the small button appear like three dots and it goes into details/settings of the device and use the big one to control the device. I wish I could add a screenshot to describe it better but oh well, reviews in appstore dont allow that.

Im Herbst 2025 gab es ein grundlegendes Update, neue Optik, neues App Icon usw…leider gehen seit dem die Siri Shortcuts nicht mehr bei mir. Und auch sonst ist die Smarte Lampensteuerung eher schlechter als besser geworden. Ich bin selbst App Entwickler und würde behaupten die Funktion „Alle Lampen auf Farbe Orange stellen“ kann man nicht mehr als Szene hinterlegen. Alle an und alle aus geht noch.

Manchmal machen sich die Lampen nach einem Update auch selbstständig Nachts und sind dann an bis morgens…also da könnte nachgebessert werden.

Since the update to the new app my devices keep getting disconnected. This was never an issue until the app changed. It’s ANNOYING. They’re not fixing it it’s been months literally since the app was updated to this new design/platform. It’s unreliable and just annoying.
