Es kommt immer es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Egsl ob WLAN oder mobile Daten. Hab sie auch schon 2 mal deinstalliert, leider ohne Erfolg. ### 1/5 — Schiffsfinder *2026-08-01* Vor einem Jahr oder so war der Schiffsfinder aussagekräftiger. Jetzt sind Fähren Kreuzfahrtschiffe und Schlepper Segelschiffe ### 1/5 — Nicht aktuell *2026-05-01* Interessiere mich für die Positionen der Containerschiffe: MSC lLong Beach ist gefühlt seit vier Tagen auf der selben Pos. auf der Elbe. Wir werden uns dem geschilderten Fall annehmen und prüfen, ob hier ein Fehler vorliegt. ### 1/5 — Unübersichtlich *2026-03-25* Nette Idee - andere Städte haben ähnliches: dann aber direkt auf der Seite mit dem Preis mit/ohne Karte und die Suchfunktion funktioniert (Panoptikum, Chokoversum nicht gefunden…) und die entsprechenden Seiten der Events bestätigen auch die Ermäßigung - nicht immer der Fall. Auch wird die Prozentuale Ermäßigung auf den Eventseiten nicht genannt - aber online-Tickets sollen doch bitte gekauft werden (zum dann natürlich vollen Preis). Wenn ich nur vor Ort die Ermäßigten Preise bekommen kann, kann ich keinen Kurzbesuch in HH mehr machen…. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. In der aktuellsten Version wurde das Problem behoben. ### 1/5 — Keine Buchung von rabattierten Tickets möglich *2025-12-21* Ich habe ein Gruppenticket für die Hamburg Card gekauft und wollte am Sonntag diverse rabattierte Tickets über die App buchen, leider wurde von der App nur eine graue leere Seite angezeigt. Mehrfach über den Tag versucht. In der App unter Android das gleiche Problem. Die Funktionalität der App Infrastruktur wird am Wochenende anscheinend nicht gemonitort. Half the restaurants you would want to go to don’t take it (so avoid the gourmet upgrade) and any saving on transport or any activities is about 5% and is not that great anyway. Get the HVV app instead which lets you travel and also integrated timetables. Avoid the Hamburg card. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.
