Zunächst hatte ich Schwierigkeiten mich zu orientieren. Ich hatte eine geführte Tour erhofft.
Später ging ich dazu über Bilder mit Kopfhörersymbol direkt anzusteuern und das Bild über die Nummer zu suchen. Ich wünsche mir mehr Audiobeschreibungen und eine echte geführte Tour, die die Ausstellung auch in ihrer Gesamtheit erklärt. Dort wo es Beschreibungen gibt, habe ich Bilder auch besser verstanden.

It has tours of paintings - but it does not tell you room numbers - so you can’t find the paintings.

Pictures have numbers- but no place to enter them in the app.

Ich habe das Museum das erste mal besucht und wollte einfach nur den Audioguide nutzen. Aber es erstaunlich schwierig zu finden in dem Wust an Funktionen. Außerdem waren nur sehr sehr sehr wenige Bilder in den Touren obwohl die Bilder fast alle Audionummern haben. Die Suche in der App funktionierte weder für die Nummern noch Texte. Die Scanfunktion für Makarts Gemälde unter der Kategorie Spiele (seltsam eingeordnet) habe ich erst viel später entdeckt als ich gar nicht mehr am Bild stand. Obwohl ich aktiv danach gesucht habe! Also das nächste mal lieber den altmodischen Audioguide… Diese App hier hat mir leider nur Frust beschert. Dazu gesagt - ich bin ein Digital Native und arbeite in der IT Branche.

Wir fühlen uns an die Hand genommen, begeistert und weitergeführt mit Gesichtern und Geschichten von C. D. F.  und gegenwärtigen Mitmenschen. Großartig!

Wäre toll, wenn man im Menü auch einen Rundgang durch die Sammlung machen könnte, ohne direkt davor zu stehen. Als integrierten Audioguide, mit dem man sich zu Hause schon mal anfüttern lassen kann. Da ist bei dieser App leider noch viel Luft nach oben.
