I have credit card set as default and app still tries to use Apple Pay! Remove Apple Pay if it can’t be used. Only one complaint and that's since COVID started they have put up the plastic guard which is mandatory but a few taxi had made sure the back seat drivers had air conditioning and some don't. It would be appreciated if this was fixed so all the cabs have that option. And maybe to have a good scent in the car. Some really stink 👍🏻 ### 1/5 — Hardly works *2020-02-17, version 1.7.6* It will order the cab and give an estimate that’s always below actual cost of course and I understand the term estimate but still few bucks off each time and it’s impossible to track the drive since it constantly refreshes the page then shows I’m in Italy then back to my city but off track and when you zoom to check where same issue repeats just call. Update*** still the app is garbage it’s been a while and I have tried it multiple times same issues occurred only this time someone stole my cab somehow apparently the cabs system always take working (this seems to happen often with cabs) and a text said we are here at and gave the wrong address. Makes you create a profile and then when you enter your email it says the account already exists but doesn’t let you sign in. He told me don’t play with him. I used this app over 10 times but all Indian drivers cheated me like that. I tried to send feedback to company but it didn’t work. I used Hamilton cab through covid to get to work on time. I used my girlfriends credit card once when I left my wallet. The have charged her for $200 trips when I was on vacation. Cab drivers are always complaining about using debit when I did pay as well. Drivers ignore directions if the way you say is faster.
