I discovered this app two years ago and decided to try it out. I use this app daily and it worked fine and the captions are fairly accurate. While using the app, I had two issues. First off is with the dial pad. Wen I want to enter a number, the keypad is not fully visible with Voiceover (screen reader software). So, had to turn it off in order to make it wirk, which was frustrating and is still happening to this day. Finally, when making and receive calls, the audio sounded very choppy and was cutting out no matter if I used speakerphone or a headset. After noticing the issue, I contacted customer service via email to resolve the situation. Although I never received a response to my email, the calling issue was fixed in a later update.
