It was returned late, without any dry cleaning bag and was not pressed. Parts of the fabric looked warped. It was delivered on a Thursday and as we went out of town, I put it on the bed on Monday and saw the disaster. On Tuesday I reported it and they said I’d waiter too long and that they wouldn’t be able to verify if they were responsible for the condition.
