While it was not done right the first time, Andres helped to make sure that it was perfect once I notified him. We are very happy with the way he resolved the issue and with the excellent care he took of our delicate bedspread. So I downloaded the app, created an account and gave them info that I do not see why a laundry company needs as soon as I give them everything, it says not in my area. Account deleting takes hoops to jump through. My family went on a trip to Disney World and our hotel was promoting this business. Laundry came back poorly folded and many Disney clothing, socks and name brand underwear went missing. Support handled with total disregard. Make sure you take pictures before and after if you decide to risk loosing your laundry and MAYBE they will consider some compensation. ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2025-07-04, version 2.3.9* Worst service ever. Reached out to support after I had to fix everything I had put in the notes. Was told they’re was nothing they could do because I had tried this service with a discount. But that is the last thing I find out when I have to create an account before I even know whether they service my area. Sketchy. Then when I tried to delete the account so my data wouldn’t just be sitting out there it did nothing. ### 1/5 — User Beware, Atrocious Customer Service *2024-12-24, version 2.3.0* Customer service reps are useless, the app doesn’t work so they threaten to keep your property, terrible customer service experience. Don’t use this company, they’re terrible! Follow Up: Couldn’t process my payment because of their app doesn’t work, but it’s my fault. Customer service rep hung up on me. I’ll never use this company again, they should be ashamed that they provide such rude customer service! ### 1/5 — WARNING!!!!! The most dishonest company ever!!!! *2024-12-01* I’ve used this company before and it’s always been ok. (I say ok because the clothes never looked or smelled amazing). Anyways. I noticed I was charged more for my order than the previous order. That didn’t make sense since this order was significantly lighter. They told me it was 37 pounds. I said impossible. As soon as the delivery guy came, I weighed it in front of him and sure enough it was 22 pounds, not 37!!! I took a photo and even with the delivery guys confirmation, I got a message from costumer support saying there was nothing they could do but offer me a coupon. They came back damp and smelling awful. I asked for refund and they are just down right refusing. It was returned late, without any dry cleaning bag and was not pressed. Parts of the fabric looked warped. It was delivered on a Thursday and as we went out of town, I put it on the bed on Monday and saw the disaster. On Tuesday I reported it and they said I’d waiter too long and that they wouldn’t be able to verify if they were responsible for the condition. Anyone know any other good cleaners? ### 1/5 — I would not recommend… *2025-10-25, version 2.4.4* I’ve been using the Hamperapp for quite some time now and in the beginning everything was fine. But within the last couple of months my clothes would come back smelling like dirty laundry water or it smelt like inside of an old vacuum. I complained multiple times about the smell but there’s only so much complaining someone can do. I’ve cancelled my service because I’m tired of my clothes smelling stink. Makes no sense paying for my clothes to be cleaned if they frequently come back smelling stink. And just to put this out there as well. I used it for the convenience of having someone else do my laundry. But I guess I’ll have to go back to doing it myself if it means having fresh smelling clothes. I’m very disappointed about this and I hope whoever is washing the clothes makes more of an effort to use soap… ### 1/5 — Horrible they will ruin your clothes *2025-10-06, version 2.4.3* If I could give them 1 star I would do not use this service there are much better ones. They are not cautious and didn’t take a red pen out of the laundry and ruined $500 worth of clothes. They lost two bags of my clothes and didn’t follow up I had to call and customer service representative was so rude and unhelpful. Several items were lost. Things happen but the lack of customer care is the problem here - I have to replace over $100 of lost items they’re refusing to take accountability for - they offered me a $7.50 refund for $180+ cost to em from all this 😂 There is no excuse for this behavior and where are the consumer rights? I found Hamperapp after doing some research online, and after noticing the building since I live close by — I couldn’t be happier with taking a chance on something as precious as my clothes. Not only was the pickup and delivery extremely efficient (and surprisingly free!) but my clothes were folded beautifully, the price was actually lower than I was expecting, and the customer service I spoke to about all my questions/concerns was extremely responsive, helpful, and polite. Plus they were even able to accommodate my work schedule since I get home in the evenings.
