Tried to delete account and start again using form provided, you can only tick the 2 required fields and it responds ‘ There is a problem with one or more of your responses. Please check and try again ‘ App not deleted and reverting to paper tickets! ### 1/5 — Hampshire cricket app *2024-07-14* Struggling to give one star. An extremely difficult app to navigate. Clunky, not intuitive. Even using the ticket portion is difficult. Awkward to find fixtures. Does not have a link to the ‘call it out’ facility for the stadium. Awful. Please improve it and encourage its use. ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2024-06-22* Couldn’t access my tickets last year and when I reported it was told I could print them - I know!!! This year same issue - I have correct accounts linked and still no tickets. So I thought I’d delete the account and start again … apparently that will take 28days 🙄 I’ll print the tickets😠 ### 1/5 — Poor push notification deep linking *2023-10-05* It’s very frustrating. The app sends you notifications about items of news, or highlight videos or interviews, and you click on them to enter the app to see/read more and you are taken to a “page” that has nothing whatsoever to do with the notification you clicked on. Not only that, it’s impossible to find the item afterwards either. Come on - this is basic deep linking. The app was produced either in a rush and has not been tested or it’s been created by rank amateurs. ### 2/5 — Unable to download tickets *2023-07-10* I like the layout and general navigation, however the primary reason for downloading this app was to have the tickets on my phone. Unfortunately this doesn’t work (despite having the relevant accounts needed it tells me there is no account) and the help offered really wasn’t helpful in getting this resolved. ### 1/5 — Tickets don’t download to app *2023-06-11* I downloaded this app so I could download tickets I bought through ageas bowl as suggested in the email. It didn’t work. This app Is very basic, no help is offered within it. Cmon you can do better than this. ### 5/5 — Buggy *2023-03-06* The tables for the various competitions are not showing. I hope that this is cleared up An update clearing this problem should be pushed through as soon as possible ### 3/5 — Tickets not in the app *2022-09-23* Generally pleased with the app but it says that tickets would be available in the app but I could not see mine and when I rang up they said they would be emailed to me which takes away half the point of the app. Otherwise it does work well though and is a great idea ### 1/5 — Does not work! *2022-07-29* Despite attempting many times the app is unable to send a confirmation regarding an e mail address and the help desk simply brushed off the issue with “ the problem has been reported a number of times” with no solution. ### 1/5 — Can’t access tickets *2022-06-30* The app is terrible. It won’t find my tickets from either the email address or account number.
