The app sucks, it doesn’t always tell you when your driver is 5 mins away or when they are outside and the driver can leave you without calling and you will never know they were waiting for you. It’s always busy, sometimes you can try for 2 hours straight and that doesn’t make sense at all because how is everyone getting rides if there’s none available? How does it decide who gets a ride..? Then the customer service sucks too. I’ve been put on hold for over an hour probably longer if I didn’t decided to just hang up!

The service is exceptional I love Hampton Roads transit on demand . I miss the public HRT bus two times I would have had to wait for another bus a whole hour and miss two of my appointments. But I remembered they have Hampton Roads transit on demand . I had amazing exceptional customer service from both of the drivers I requested so far in total . Love this service . And I just had to wait 8 minutes for a ride that’s short compared to a whole hour for the bus !!!!!! Love this app and the drivers ❤️ 🙌🏻 Please keep this service this is so helpful and please expand to more areas in Virginia Beach and add more drivers . I think this service has a bright future . 💯😃

They could of made it open for the entire Va beach not just a portion. I love out of zone but work in the zone and the available space literally will take me 5 minutes from work then I’m out of zone. At least make something that benefits all residents not just those in a hotspot you had a good idea but it should be all areas could have gave uber and Lyft a run for their money.

I don’t usually write reviews but as a VB resident, this is the best thing they’ve done for the community. Since it’s new it still has some bugs but the rides are much cheaper than ubers and they save me a lot of money. I recommend highly if u need to get somewhere on a budget. The app just needs more safety precautions and stuff but overall its great!

Tried to use this app just to get to a doctors appointment just for it to say my area is not available. I don’t know or understand what that means but it’s very unfortunate because a lot of people could really use this app to their benefits and then saying rides unavailable or seats are too filled when it clearly states it’s rides and seats available even if you are in a designated location is even worst this app is trash!!!!
