Very upset, that made my time to this game worthless and it was very saddening seeing 0 energy and no hamsters unlocked when I logged in. Deleted. Not wasting my time. I decided to check my other world without resetting. When I came back I only had 20. This has happened multiple times now. Disappointing as I typically like these types of games.
