Amazing app. I’ve been looking for a long time for an app to teach my kids Cantonese. I don’t know how to read or write but I can speak the language perfectly so this is perfect for our family.
I love how it’s sorted into grades so I know how many characters they need to learn based on their age level.
This is the perfect app for learning Chinese characters with mandarin and Cantonese pronunciation.
Please add the English to label mandarin or Cantonese for the buttons for those who cannot read the Chinese characters. And have simple phrases for the individual characters. The poems are great but they are difficult for beginners.
Also create a paid option for those who don’t want to see ads! 🤣

Best app on earth!
I love this app so much!
Best for tones, pronunciation and writing.
I am a complete newbie, I am learning everything new, it is really helpful with pronunciation and the writing. Would only love some English texts for the buttons, that would make it perfect.
Great app for learning and teaching Cantonese and Mandarin.
App is very complete with graded characters, with stroke order videos and with related literary examples. Another section is for words with related phrases and a third section is for Tang poems. All three sections have option for Cantonese and Mandarin audio. I would suggest pause and audio speed controls which would make this app a perfect five stars.

It’s all in Chinese
I’m sorry, but I don’t understand how I am supposed to learn Chinese when everything that would help me figure out the answers is already written in Chinese. This is a gorgeous app and I can tell that a lot of work went into it. But I can’t give a positive review for something that is clearly designed to help some who already have at least basic knowledge of the language but has contradictory advertising by saying it’s for beginners.

Thanks for your review. At first this APP was designed for ‘ABC’s who have parents or leaders know Chinese. But surely your great opinion will be considered and some promotions will be released in the following versions.
