비번 만들 때는 대소문자 구분 특수문자 넣으라고 하고 로그인은 못하게 하고 더 문제는 1주전 앱을 업데이트했다는 것…
고객들 낚시하는 것도 아니고 ”속았지? 열 받지?“ 컨셉인 듯…
아님 그냥 은행가서 otp 사서 써라?

韓国の仕様なのかパスワードを入れる時変なキーボードを使わされる。そのキーボードのせいなのか入力したパスワードは絶対合っているのに誤りと出でしまい、数回間違えるとログインできなくなる。何回店舗に問い合わせたかわからない。パスワードを削除するために毎回紙を書かされたり身分証のコピーを提出させられる。アプリは早急に改良して欲しい。
