Seriously this app loads so slowly it sends me to weird menus. I don’t wanna go to like it used to work before you updated it but for the last like four or five months, it’s been an absolute nightmare to use. Please restore the old version.

If you can get the app to authenticate your Korean number (works maybe 10% of the time with LG U+), it refuses to take a second photo (back of ARC) and you can’t proceed.  I’ve tried multiple times over nearly 4 weeks. I’ve contacted Hana support and they say “try again later”.  Fair enough as it could be failing to communicate with their servers but, when that doesn’t work, they tell me just to come into the branch which is the opposite goal of the app.
