은행에 등록시 사용했던 여권이 만료되었습니다. 새로운 여권 사진을 찍을 때 정보가 안맞다는 알림이 나옵니다. 등록 불가합니다.

App is not ready for rollout. It’s absolutely full of bugs. Even if it worked properly, it’s extremely limited in what it can do - being aimed at guest workers remitting money home. If you need to actually do domestic banking - no can do. Terrible.

요즘 앱이 항상 다운됩니다. 작년에는 괜찮았어요. 이제 로그인 화면이 나타나기 전에 여러 번 종료하고 로드해야 합니다. 이미 삭제하고 다시 다운로드하려고 시도했지만 여전히 동일합니다.

어처구니 없게도 해외 송금에 십만원 가까운 수수료가 나가네요. 5천원 수수료로 알고 보냈더니 나중에 알고보니 십만원 가까운 수수료를 까고 돈을 받았다네요.. 나참 기가막혀!!

Locked out of the account for entering the wrong account pin 3 times (never had to on Hana 1Q) in a row and can’t login. Called customer service and was told I had to go to a Hana Bank branch in order to unblock my account on the app. The bank open and closes when I’m working so I don’t have the time or want to waste my time going in person just to unblock my account. So inconvenient and annoying, starting to hate Hana Bank.

If you can get the app to authenticate your Korean number (works maybe 10% of the time with LG U+), it refuses to take a second photo (back of ARC) and you can’t proceed.  I’ve tried multiple times over nearly 4 weeks. I’ve contacted Hana support and they say “try again later”.  Fair enough as it could be failing to communicate with their servers but, when that doesn’t work, they tell me just to come into the branch which is the opposite goal of the app.

심지어 얼굴인증 3회 실패시 기타 인증방안이 없어서 다시 첨부터 해야함 미친것

This app has a very nice user interface, is fully in English and is very easy to use. Every month I use it to do international remittances as well as domestic transfers. International transfers rarely take more than a day to complete and domestic transfers are instant. My own wish is that the list of transactions were in English instead of Korean.

Whenever I try to type in my password to use the app it selects different characters in the keyboard so I haven’t tried to use it in fear of getting locked out of my account. I’m currently outside of Korea so this has been quite an issue. Please update to fix this important feature. Thank you.
