It won’t auto-capture, and there is no button to take a photo when you turn off auto-capture. ### 1/5 — So damn slow and buggy *2026-06-18, version 6.11.6* This app is a downgrade from the previous version. Check depositing takes over two minutes on Wi-Fi and then the app crashes. Online baking with Hancock Whitney is a joke. The biggest problem is that it CONSTANTLY asks to send a pin via text or email. Despite Face ID being used. Is it really really so hard to fingerprint the device so this doesn’t ned to happen 9 out of 10 times to login ! Why can every coder for all other banks figure this out but HW can’t. It’s such a pain to have to stop and go into email to wait for a pin to pop up almost daily.
