There should be enough time to get it fixed before a fee pops out. But also, my only probably with the app, is sometimes with all of the transactions I can’t tell how much I really have it there cause it’s all a bit slow, causing late fees. I still use it a lot though instead of actual pen and paper. No option to lock card in the app and could t get any help over the phone. EVERY SINGLE DAY I have to go thru their verification process before it will let me log in. Every day a new code texted. When you have a first year coder writing your app scrips he will have no idea how to handle a VPN or basic app design. On an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 18.5 with the latest app update, and it just crashes or fails to open 99% of the time. It doesn’t help that all app support roads lead to nowhere, so the only option is to write a negative review. Even when it did work, functionality was meh. I mean, it’s 2025 and my banking app cannot search my recent transactions by vendor!?!
