## What is Hand2Go?

Hand2Go is a service that lets you send packages and documents abroad with travelers. Find someone already heading in your direction, agree on the details, and confirm the delivery in the app.

For senders:

• View routes and choose a traveler
• Faster and more convenient than traditional international shipping

For travelers:
• Flying light? Take a package along your route and earn money
• Receive requests for your trips
• Hand-to-hand delivery by agreement

We’ve improved chat reliability, push notifications, payment handling, and support access. Messages now stay in the correct order, offline users receive chat notifications, and tapping a push notification updates the notifications list. We also added pull-to-refresh for search results and improved booking safety warnings.
