## What is Handi?

The things you can't buy locally, carried by someone already on
their way.

Handi is a two-sided marketplace for shopping, carrying, and
queuing on each other's behalf. Post what you need and set your own
reward, or list your route and earn on requests along the way. Pick
up in person, doorstep drop-off, or delivery.

FOR BUYERS

- Post a carry request and set your own reward — offer more to get
matched faster. Every traveler's route, completed orders, and
ratings are visible before you choose.

- Or skip the wait and buy from what travelers have already listed.
Items are priced at retail; you pay that plus the traveler's
  carry fee.

- Concert merch, limited releases, in-store-only items: post a
queuing request, and when you arrive you both enter the same
6-digit code to confirm identity before the spot changes hands.

- If the price on the ground differs, the traveler confirms the new
amount with you in the chat first.

FOR TRAVELERS AND LOCAL PARTNERS

- List your origin, destination, and dates, and matching requests
come to you. The payout you see when you accept is the payout you
get. Nothing is auto-assigned — take it or skip it.

- You buy the item upfront and are reimbursed with your reward once
the handoff is confirmed. If the real price differs, requote in
the chat and the buyer pays before you buy.

- You can also list what you're able to bring, set your own carry
fee, and let buyers order directly.

- No boarding pass required. Hold a spot in line, confirm identity
with a shared 6-digit code when they arrive, then hand it over.

PAYMENT HELD BY HANDI THROUGHOUT

The buyer pays into Handi's custody at order time, and funds are
released only after both sides confirm the handoff in the app —
never early, to either side. If a buyer goes quiet or doesn't show,
the money stays held and we work it out with you.

WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG, WE STAY

Most marketplaces stop at the transaction. We stay until it's
resolved. Missing, damaged, or not as described — open a dispute
within the window and we resolve it based on fault, with both sides
protected.

Support is answered by a real person 24/7. No phone tree, no
waiting for business hours. It lives in a chat thread inside the
app, so how an earlier order was resolved — and the photos and
receipts you sent — is always there to scroll back to.

Pricing is fully transparent: item cost, carry fee, and platform
fee are all broken out before you order. No hidden costs.

SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

- Identity verification required for all buyers and travelers
- Personal contact details are shared only as far as the delivery
  method requires
- Prohibited items, controlled substances, perishables, flammables,
and anything restricted by customs are not permitted
