The hotel relies on the app to communicate services in different locations (eg in room, different bars and restaurants). None of the qr codes work on my phone or my partner’s. So we have no idea what is on offer in any location. This app is basically junk and is spoiling an expensive holiday. ### 1/5 — App nulle *2022-06-21* Ne fonctionne tout simplement pas ! So the content of the apps depends on the hotel you’re at. For me it worked fine. Used the chat function for small appointments and requests. Ordered food to the room etc. So I didn’t had to make a phone call. ### 1/5 — Forget this App *2020-07-18* Downloaded App twice but was still unable to make it work after repeatedly scanning the room key. Most of the time the app does not load properly (stuck on the title screen and not rendered properly) and the off chance it does, seems you can only scan your surroundings using the phone camera and turn on/off the flash. There are no instructions and no obvious uses for this app. Will delete this ASAP & would not recommend this app. ### 5/5 — Very handy in keeping in touch with our Hotel *2019-08-02* I am currently using this app here in Phuket and it’s been very helpful for me and my family.
