Used this at a resort in Bali, and ordering things to the room works and such but there is no way to look at what has already been booked (e.g. spa) or ordered, and after a few days the chat has so many messages that it takes 10mins to load and then it crashes so many times.

I am staying in the Maldives.  The hotel relies on the app to communicate services in different locations (eg in room, different bars and restaurants).

None of the qr codes work on my phone or my partner’s.  So we have no idea what is on offer in any location.  

This app is basically junk and is spoiling an expensive holiday.

Downloaded App twice but was still unable to make it work after repeatedly scanning the room key. Big hassle to mess with this before being allowed to your room.

the app does not appear to work as intended.  Downloaded this to use for in room dining at a resort. Most of the time the app does not load properly (stuck on the title screen and not rendered properly) and the off chance it does, seems you can only scan your surroundings using the phone camera and turn on/off the flash.  There are no instructions and no obvious uses for this app.  Will delete this ASAP & would not recommend this app.

The idea is a great one! Actually love the concept, however concept is nothing if the execution doesn’t work. Hopefully they can revamp the system and get the app to work.

The app gives Hotels the opportunity to present their offerings. So the content of the apps depends on the hotel you’re at. 

For me it worked fine. Used the chat function for small appointments and requests.
Ordered food to the room etc. 
So I didn’t had to make a phone call.

I am currently using this app here in Phuket and it’s been very helpful for me and my family. I use it for general questions, reservations and hotel needs. So far it has been good, very fast responses from my hotel and it is very easy to navigate.
