## What is HandInHand SBS?

HandInHand SBS is the internal portal app for HandInHand fundraising organization staff, volunteers, and coordinators.

This mobile app provides secure access to the Donor Connect platform, enabling field staff to:

• Clock in/out and log daily activities
• Submit absence requests (sick days, vacation) with calendar picker
• View schedules and upcoming events
• Receive push notifications for approvals and reminders
• Access the coordinator dashboard for team management
• Review and approve staff requests
