## What is Handled?

Handled is a calm place for everything you need to remember.

Open Today for a clear view of what is due and what is on your calendar. Switch to Mind when something pops into your head. Type a sentence, or say it on iPhone and iPad, and Handled turns it into a to-do, a note or a saved link.

EVERYTHING TOGETHER

• To-dos with dates, reminders, repeats and subtasks
• Notes with headings, checklists, links and images
• Saved links for the things you want to come back to
• Google Calendar with two-way sync and RSVP
• Today for what matters now, Mind for quick capture

ON EVERY DEVICE

One account keeps Handled in sync across iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. Widgets, Live Activities, notifications and the share sheet keep the important things close.

SHARE WITH A FEW PEOPLE

Create a shared profile for your household or a small team. Assign to-dos, tick them off together and keep shared notes in one place.

BUILT TO STAY CALM

No streaks, no points, no productivity theatre. A focused list, a place to think, and a quick way to catch a thought before it wanders off.

Handled 2.0 requires an account. Access is currently by invitation or an existing App Store subscription; Restore Purchase is available on the access screen.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0 — 2026-10-13

Handled 2.0 is a new, calmer app.

• A new Mind and Today home on iPhone, iPad and Mac
• One composer for to-dos, notes and saved links
• On-device voice capture on iPhone and iPad
• Google Calendar next to your to-dos, synced both ways
• Shared profiles for a household or small team
• A simpler Notes library and richer to-do details
• A redesigned welcome, sign-in and setup
• Reliability work across sync, widgets, Live Activities and Apple Watch

This release removes the meeting recorder, transcription and AI summaries, Mac dictation, WhatsApp capture and the importers.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-05

Zephr is now Handled — new name, same private planner, and our biggest update yet.

TODAY, REDESIGNED
• Your meetings as a clean deck: the next one up front with a live countdown and
one-tap Join, the rest stacked neatly behind it.
• Browse any day with the new date navigation, and jump back to today in a tap.

MEETINGS & IMPORTS
• Connect Fathom, Fireflies, or Granola and your meeting notes flow in
automatically — with proposed tasks and follow-ups you approve. (Pro)
• Import your tasks and pages from Todoist and Notion.

A SHARPER LOOK
• A refreshed icon set and a quieter, more focused design on every screen.
• Overdue tasks stand out and reschedule in one tap — Today, Tomorrow, or Next week.
• Notes opens with your recent pages, and long folders group by month.

Plus: smarter search, a better markup toolbar, notification fixes, and dozens of
small polish passes. Everything still works fully offline.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-07-09

Zephr is noticeably faster in this update — task lists, search, and sync all got a performance pass.

Also in this update:
• New events you create in Zephr now sync properly to Google Calendar and your device calendar — pick which calendar an event belongs to right when you create it.
• You'll now get notified about new calendar invites that come in through a connected Google account, not just device calendars.
• (Mac) The quick-add shortcut now defaults to ⌥⌘Space, since ⌥Space is often already used by other apps.

Everything still works fully offline. Sign in (free) to back up; Zephr Pro adds cloud sync across your devices.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-07-07

Capture from anywhere on your Mac. Press ⌥Space for instant task quick-add (with due date,
time, and note), or ⌥⇧Space for a tiny voice recorder that turns speech into a note — both
rebindable in Settings → Hotkeys.

Also in this update:
• Profiles, managed properly — create, edit, and remove Work/Personal spaces in Settings, on both Mac and iPhone.
• Cloud sync got a major reliability overhaul — changes now flow between your devices quickly and stay consistent.
• Your name and avatar follow you across devices when signed in, and Settings shows when you last synced.
• A gold PRO badge for subscribers, cleaner calendar settings, and folders now focused on notes.
• Lots of polish and fixes throughout.

Everything still works fully offline. Sign in (free) to back up; Zephr Pro adds cloud sync across your devices.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-07-04

Google Calendar now works everywhere. Your meetings show up on Today, the widgets, the Lock
Screen, and your Watch — each with reminders — not just inside the Calendar tab.

Also in this update:
• Quieter, smarter notifications — reliable snooze, alerts only for real invites, and a daily plan/wrap that reflects your actual day.
• A cleaner Today, Calendar, and create flows, plus a new profile screen and a calm logo launch.
• Day / 3-Day / Week calendar views that page by exactly what you see.
• Lots of polish and fixes throughout.

Everything still works fully offline. Sign in (free) to back up; Zephr Pro adds cloud sync across your devices.
