Handoff helps adults regain control of unwanted digital habits and impulsive behavior one decision at a time.

When an urge hits, Handoff gives you a clear next step instead of leaving you alone with it. Build a personal emergency plan, activate Protection Mode, use practical tools for difficult moments, and understand the patterns behind your behavior.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Create a personal emergency plan for moments when willpower feels low
• Activate Protection Mode to temporarily shield distracting apps
• Choose the essential apps that must remain available
• Get immediate support through the Emergency Support button
• Talk privately with the Recovery Coach
• Log urges, triggers, intensity, actions, and outcomes
• Discover patterns through personal insights and progress tracking
• Use breathing exercises, grounding tools, timers, sounds, and focused activities
• Build momentum through milestones, streaks, and guided learning

PROTECTION MODE

Handoff uses Apple Screen Time technology to help you reduce access to selected distractions during critical moments. You remain in control of the apps you select and the protection you activate.

RECOVERY COACH

The Recovery Coach provides practical, judgment-free support based on the situation you describe. It can help you pause, understand what triggered the moment, and choose a healthier next action.

DESIGNED WITH PRIVACY IN MIND

Handoff does not display third-party advertisements. Sensitive recovery content is not sent to advertising platforms. Camera-based task verification and Screen Time app selections remain on your device.

PREMIUM

Handoff Premium is available through weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewing subscription plans.

Eligible new subscribers can start a 3-day free trial with the weekly subscription. The monthly and annual subscriptions do not include a free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. After the free trial, the weekly subscription automatically renews at the applicable price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period.
