## What is Hands?

Hands-Off Timer runs a chain of countdown steps that keep going for you — cook, work out, or focus without babysitting the clock.

When a step ends, you get a clear alert until you tap OK. The next timer already started and keeps running. OK only clears the alert; it doesn’t pause or reset your chain. Skip moves on quietly. Stop ends everything.

See the countdown at a glance while you work. Everything stays on your iPhone — no account, no cloud. Requires iOS 26 or later.
