However you can never book one in advance anymore ### 3/5 — App doesn’t even work for me *2020-01-07, version 32.0.2* The app doesn’t even work keeps saying all the time slot is taken but when I ring up I am able to prebook one good thing for me it cheaper to use handsome cabs to work then discount cabs. If you need to get to an appointment or a booked restaurant they’ll let you down and not even tell you. I had a van booked through the app 4 hours before it was required. I got a text confirming it was booked. It didn’t turn up surprise surprise. When I called to find out where it was she said oh we cancelled it because we’re busy!!! What business does this and doesn’t even have the decency to tell you?? I got a Direct Cars Cab who arrived 10 mins later. Honestly if you want a decent service to get you to your destination book Direct Cars not these cowboys. Zero respect from me I’ve made sure everyone on Facebook knows how bad you are!! ### 1/5 — Fraudulent App *2016-12-10, version 11.6.0* Takes money from your card without warning during sign-up process but never saves card. So you continue to try to add a card to the account and just takes more and more money from you.
