### 5/5 — Super hilfreiche App mit tollem Support!

Ich nutze die Handwerker App nun schon seit über einem Monat und bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Die App bietet viele nützliche Funktionen für die Dokumentation im Handwerk und erleichtert meinen Arbeitsalltag erheblich. Obwohl sich die App noch in der Entwicklung befindet und noch ein paar kleinere Funktionen fehlen oder nicht ganz reibungslos laufen, ist das für mich kein großes Problem. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass die Entwickler aktiv daran arbeiten, die App stetig zu verbessern.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support: Er ist nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch extrem schnell. Bei Fragen, Vorschlägen oder wenn ich mal einen Fehler entdeckt habe, wurde mir immer rasch und kompetent weitergeholfen. Man merkt, dass hier Kundenfeedback ernst genommen wird.

Für jeden Handwerker, der nach einer praktischen Lösung für die Dokumentation sucht, kann ich diese App nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Einfach, leicht verständlich. Zwei Verbesserungen wären super: einmal Bilder in den Fotos speichern allerdings in voller Auflösung und das Zweite: Bilder aus den Fotos verkleinern, dass die PDF Datei so klein wird, wie wenn man Fotos in der App macht. Weiter so! Danke

Hatte extra ein Abo abgeschlossen weil ich dachte es wäre dann besser aber Fehlanzeige. Es lassen sich keinerlei Firmendaten hinterlegen noch läßt sich ein Firmenlogo einsetzen. Somit erscheint auch nix auf den erstellten pdf Berichten, na ja für die eigene Werbung war ja dann noch Platz. So ist die App zumindest für uns völlig unbrauchbar. Keine Ahnung was der Sinn und Zweck sein soll. Abo wieder gekündigt.
