Not a great first impression with my newly purchased G11. If you want to use any software you may want to go with a different brand altogether. Been messing with it, deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting the G11, restarting my phone, disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth, etc. Just keeps telling me that it’s “Processing…” I also purchased a phone holder for my mic stand at the same time. Silly me. Should have zero stars because that’s what it’s done. Nothing. Actually should be negative stars for wasting my time driving to UPS to return this stuff to Amazon. … great! I’ve now disconnected from Bluetooth and my G11 is inoperative. Stuck on a screen that says “PC MODE”. I wish that were the case.
