I did put it in flight mode during recording. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Accessibility *2021-12-25* I received the Xoom Iq6 x y stereo microphone for Christmas. I was really excited and plugged it into my iPhone 13 mini. As soon as I plugged it in VoiceOver stopped talking so I could not access the functions of the product independently. Also some buttons in the app itself are not labelled properly. Please fix this as I want to be able to use this independently. I’ll change my review to 5 stars once it’s fixed!! Also, just like you have an un-do button, you also have a re-do button. Like it was designed by a small start up with no ui designers involved or it was designed for the first iPhone. Just some examples that drive me crazy: - the mic connector sometimes is not properly connecting which leads to a mono recording. The app should warn you if the recording is in mono. - once I put the mic in of course I want the activate the function „upside down“. Why hide this option somewhere deep in the settings? Either put it directly into the home menu or give an option that automatically activates it once a mic is connected. - I have made over 30 recordings and now want to send the files to my computer for processing. But it is only possible to safe or share one recording at a time. Super frustrating. - when I have listened to one recording and wanted to edit or delete it, I first have to click „select“ on the top but then my selection is gone and I have look for it again or remember the cryptic name - and so on ### 1/5 — Miserable App, der es an simpelsten Basisfunktionen fehlt *2024-04-07* Als Besitzer von professionellen Zoom Recordern, wie zum Beispiel dem H5, hatte ich mir von dieser App eine professionelle Lösung erhofft, um das Zoom Mikrofon für iPhone zu nutzen. Die App erfüllt allerdings nicht die simpelsten Grundfunktionen. So werden in der Liste der aufgezeichneten Files nur die Dateinamen mit fortlaufender Nummerierung angezeigt. Es fehlen die Informationen über das Aufnahmedatum, den Aufnahmezeitpunkt und die Länge der Aufnahmen. So ist man binnen kürzester Zeit mit einem Sammelsurium von Dateien konfrontiert, die man nicht mehr zuordnen kann. Allein schon dieser Mangel macht die App eigentlich unbrauchbar. Die Auflistung weiterer Mängel würde den Rahmen einer Rezession hier bei weitem sprengen. ### 1/5 — Can’t set the recording level??! *2023-11-08, version 5.2.0* What’s like the very first thing you want to be able to do with a custom recording app? How about turn off auto gain and manually set the recording level. Can this do that? Well there’s a menu option “auto gain” but it just says unsupported function. Pitiful, absolutely pitiful. ### 1/5 — Save $2 - use free version *2023-05-20, version 1.1.0* The “PRO” version does nothing useful over the free version. I was looking for auto gain control for the iQ7 microphone, but it turns out it’s not available for the iQ7 on *either* version of Handy Recorder. It also doesn’t let you set the WAV sample rate, which would be helpful. ### 1/5 — inscrutable *2023-03-04, version 1.1.0* this is by far the most puzzling audio software I've ever used. pretty much unusable. ### 1/5 — Nutzung der iCloud *2023-02-03* Leider kann man in der Pro–Version nicht mehr mit der iCloud automatisch synchronisieren, auch Einzelspeicherung auf der ICloud nicht möglich, in der freien Version schon.
