The app is only in German. No English option. You can’t just pay for whatever time you want to park, you have to top up the account with credits first. On top of that I got logged out of the app, now I can’t get into it with my log in info, resetting password doesn’t work, because no email ever comes when I try to use this option. Now I’m logged out of the app, can’t pay for parking, and around 25€ in credits is lost in the app. Worst experience ever. ### 1/5 — NO ENGLISH LANGUAGE IN APPLICATION *2025-12-25, version 6.1.0* My gosh, this app feels like a disaster from the 1990s. I had to use Google Translate just to understand why I couldn’t extend my ticket. It turns out the ticket had to expire first, and only then could I buy a new one. The funny part is that I couldn’t even buy a new ticket before topping up my balance inside the app. It took me 10 minutes to figure out why.
