There is no reason for you not to allow International numbers on the app *2025-07-08* If you only want German travelers to use the app and not foreigners to be able to book tickets then you should have something that says this. There is no need to let us go through downloading the app and signing up for an account then finding out that we have a phone number that is not German so we cannot get the verification codes to use the app or online website. In this day and age there should be no excuse for this. So much money lost. ### 3/5 — Nützlicher Begleiter mit lästigen Schwächen *2022-04-26* Ich nutze diese App schon eine ganze Weile und finde sie sehr nützlich. Jedoch funktioniert aktuell die Verbindungsauskunft (zumindest in der Region Dresden) nicht wirklich. Haltestelleneingaben werden nicht als Schlagwortsuche erkannt. Statt dessen wird immer die gleiche Klatte an Haltestellen angeboten; auch wenn diese meilenweit entfernt sind! Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich zudem: In der Verbindungsauskunft sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, mal aufzuräumen und Verbindungen, die man nur einmal gesucht, wieder löschen zu können. Damit würden die häufiger genutzten Verbindungen in der Fülle der Historie nicht untergehen. ### 5/5 — Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht Teilen *2020-08-27* Also die App lädt schnell und reibungslos, die Fav. sind schnell angelegt und es sind alle im Gebietvorhanden Tickets enthalten was toll wäre wenn man auch per Paypal Kwitt oder ähnliches bezahlen könnte, was das Bezahlen betrifft ist wohl klar das, dass Ticket vor Fahrt Antritt gelöst werden muss ist ja beim Analog Fahrschein auch so den Einwand kann ich bei den Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen weil unlogisch, des Weiteren kommt ja nicht alle 2min ein Konti und die Tickets sind ja im Vorlauf lang genug gültig im Einzelticketbereich also mehr als ausreichend um vor Fahrtbeginn ein Ticket zu lösen und sich den angeblichen Stress zu entgehen. ### 1/5 — Crap. *2020-08-06* This app is useless. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever! *2020-07-27, version 2.7.23* First, it doesn't allow me to detele my payment method. Avoid it! ### 3/5 — Pin *2020-05-02* Ganz ehrlich wie kann man in der heutigen Zeit noch mit so einem rückschrittigen System arbeiten in dem man den Account mit einer vierstelligen Pin die einem per SMS zugeschickt wird freischalten muss. Dann funktioniert es nicht mal ordentlich. So das man sich jetzt in eine Hotline des eigenen Verkehrsbetriebes hängen muss wo man dann Stundenlang warten darf. Das ist in der heutigen Situation mit Corona äußerst belastend wenn man dann nicht mal ein Ticket beim Busfahrer kaufen kann. Mobilität auf Wiedersehen. Ich darf jetzt laufen. ### 5/5 — Einfach durchdacht *2020-01-27* Ich nutze die App täglich und sie ist mein ständiger Begleiter durch Bus und Bahn geworden. Toll finde ich, dass ich nach der Suche einer Verbindung direkt das richtige Ticket kaufen kann. Die Tarife sind mir oft zu kompliziert. Dabei hilft mir HandyTicket und gibt mit Sicherheit. Einfach super! ### 1/5 — 6 years later and just as bad! *2019-12-17, version 2.7.18* Managed the registration process with some pain and soon realised App had next to zero consideration for user! Apart from inadvertently buying monthly tickets in the wrong direction for almost a year, the App seems to decide on its own when to issue you your already paid for ‘10-Trip ticket’. Admittedly, the latest problem seem to get worse when the EU Payment Service Directive (PSD2) became effective. Will Be Deleting! ### 5/5 — For Non-Europeans... *2019-11-16* When setting up payment methods, it would seem that Americans and other non-European people wouldn’t be able to proceed. I’m from the States and I simply entered my address as I normally would, but chose “Germany” for my country. Then I chose “Credit Card” because US debit cards won’t work as a debit card with the system HandyTicket is using. After that, I entered all of my Visa debit card information, validated it, and saved it. Works perfectly. 🙂 Cheers!! ### 4/5 — Funktioniert super *2019-11-14* Funktioniert super, schneller Kauf von Tickets möglich. Aufgeräumte Oberfläche, alle Funktionen sind schnell zu finden. Vor allem der Wechsel der Regionen ist sehr praktisch da man nur eine App für mehrere Gebiete benötigt und die Bedienung bereits kennt. Natürlich müssten bei weitem mehr Betreiber mitmachen, damit es deutschlandweit klappt.
