## What is Hane Yoga?

Your camera sees your pose.

Hane tracks 33 points of your body and corrects your alignment while you practise. No wearables. No video calls. Nobody watching.

WHAT YOU PAY FOR IS THE CORRECTION
A yoga video shows you the pose. Nobody tells you if you are doing it wrong. That is what a teacher does, and it is why a private class costs what it costs: someone looks at your body and corrects it. Hane does that part.

PRACTISE WHERE YOU ALREADY ARE
Prop your phone up a couple of metres away and begin. Your room is enough, and it is yours: no studio, no mirrors, no wall of people who look like they have been doing this for years. Just the place where you already feel safe, and a voice that knows where your knee should land.

PROGRESS YOU CAN MEASURE
The app times how long you take to settle into each pose and how many corrections you need. After a few weeks you can see whether you are actually improving or repeating the same mistake. Improvement becomes data, not a feeling.

HOW IT WORKS
• The edge of the screen turns amber while you adjust, green when your alignment is right
• A voice walks you into every pose, in English or Spanish
• Six styles — vinyasa, hatha, yin and more — from 5 to 25 minutes
• A lotus that gains a petal for every day you practise

YOUR VIDEO NEVER LEAVES YOUR IPHONE
Pose detection runs entirely on your device. Frames are processed in memory and are never recorded, stored or uploaded to any server. It is also why the app works with no connection at all.

EVERY CLASS ENDS THE SAME WAY
A voice says: thank you for choosing yourself today. Not for finishing, not for doing it well. For choosing yourself. That is the whole idea.

7 DAYS FREE
No card. The clock starts on your first practice, not when you download.

• Daily reminders: one gentle nudge a day, only on days you haven't practised yet. Turn them on or off in Profile.
• A new welcome: try the camera before your first class.
• Better guidance in side-on poses like plank, downward dog and cobra. The app now reads the side facing the camera and asks you to turn sideways.
