## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-17

Bar Hang is now a whole training menu.

Your Dead Hang challenge just got company. Choose from multiple 30-day programs, each with its own plan and progress tracking:

• Box Hang — assisted hangs that gradually wean you off the box until you can hold a full dead hang.
• Active Hang — engaged, shoulder-packed hangs, with Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
• Hang w/ Leg Raises — build core and grip together, finishing with a max-effort retest that logs your best reps and longest L-hang.

Also new: a redesigned home screen to jump between challenges, per-program technique guides and tips, and polish throughout.

Your existing progress carries over — your Dead Hang challenge is right where you left it.Can't hold a dead hang yet? Four 30-day programs take you from box-assisted to elite grip. Towel & One-Arm hangs coming soon.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-06-25

What's New in 1.1.1

This update is all about polish — making your daily hang feel smoother, clearer, and more your own.

  Make it yours
  • New appearance themes — choose Default, Simple, or Inverse to match how you like to train.

  A smoother rest
  • Rest now flows straight into your next hang — no more interruption between sets.
  • A get-ready cue (tone + haptic) gives you a heads-up as rest winds down, so you're never caught off guard.
  • The rest ring shifts from cool to warm as your break ends, giving you an at-a-glance sense of when to grab the bar.
  • Need to go early? Skip Rest jumps you right to the finish.

  Clearer progress
  • Your day's sets now show as a row of dots that fill in with a satisfying pop as you complete each one — and a celebratory pulse when the day is done.
  • See your "% Remaining" and start date at a glance to stay motivated through all 30 days.
  • The Continue banner now shows your last hang date so you always know where you left off.
  • Each level has its own winding-path layout, with upcoming days locked until you reach them.

  Peace of mind
  • Back up and restore your progress anytime by exporting and importing your data.

Thanks for hanging in there. Keep climbing!
