Virtual money (tokens) is the only way to pay during Hangar events so topping up with a fee is required. This would be fine if I was able to figure out how to get refunded for unused tokens. There is a button for that but it only lists previously made refund requests, and I see no way of creating one myself. 
It is also impossible to delete an account with a remaining balance, so I basically lost money and my right to delete my personal data. 
To top it up user support does not seem to be an existing concept. This is a shame for an application that people are forced to use to pay during events!

Un événement annulé 2semaines avant celui ci avec un faux prétexte de travaux sur le RER or ces travaux sont prévu depuis des mois.
Nous avons déjà pris nos billets de train, notre hôtel pour venir sur Paris en cette occasion.
Pour nous achever, 8euros de frais sur le remboursement des places alors que l’événement est annulé par VOUS.
