My subscription expired and after extensive efforts to communicate with company, I got an invoice, paid it, and remote access still isn’t working. Impossible to speak with anyone and can only text for a small window during work week. Three weeks and AP still isn’t working, company has stopped responding to me. Horrible service and experience
