## What is Hangboard?

A hangboard clock you can actually see from the wall.

Hangboard Timer runs classic fingerboard protocols with huge monospaced digits, a custom hang/rest ring, and a haptic at every phase change — hang, rest, set rest. The screen stays awake so it doesn’t dim mid-rep. It works offline. No account.

FREE
The 7/3 Repeaters protocol is free: seven seconds on, three seconds off, six reps, six sets. Start is never paywalled. After a session, you can choose to unlock additional protocols.

LIFETIME
One payment unlocks every protocol, custom timers and history:

• Max hangs — ten-second efforts with long rest
• Density hangs — longer hangs, steady volume
• 10s on / 5s off
• No-hang isometric pulls
• Custom hang, rest, reps and sets
• A log of hang time, sets and holds on this iPhone

BOARD OVERLAYS
A separate add-on labels holds on a generic 20 mm edge board and two-row training boards: 20 mm edge, jug, sloper, pockets, pinch. Not a replica of any branded board.

TRAINING TOOL, NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Fingerboarding can cause injury. Warm up, stop if you feel pain, and talk to a qualified coach or clinician before a new protocol. Hangboard Timer does not use HealthKit and does not give medical advice.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account. No server. No analytics, no tracking, no ads. Sessions stay on your iPhone.
