I, a trans man, am not about to use a dating app where I’m presented to people as a woman. Obviously, I could say I was assigned male at birth, but then people would assume I’m cis, potentially setting me up to get assaulted or harassed. **Developer response:** Hi! It helps to just get something off ur chest sometimes, but it was even better when other people gave me a confidence boost and said not to worry. I shared my stories several times and got some thoughtful responses from random users. When I received their voice memos, I felt so touched. Very cool concept with cute avatars. One small thing I’m encountering is not able to reply to the chats. Do yourself a favor and give it a go. *2021-02-17, version 1.1.07* Ive always been into horoscopes and astrology stuff but i never really connected with the stereotypes about who I was supposed to be or what I was supposed to like. It felt like I was being pushed into a mold that I knew I wouldn’t fit into but people just kept telling me I would. When my firend told me to download this app I wasn’t sure about it because i had tried costar but it was the same, I didnt feel the things they said about my sign and the app was just making generalized assumptions about me that I couldn’t relate to. But when I got this app I spent an hour just reading through the descriptions about me and my friends and I was so shocked by how accurate everything was. Its so accurate while also motivating you to be the best version of yourself. my friends and I joke that it’s called Hang5 because they hang outsid your house and listen in to fill out our profiles haha. I learned so much from this app and it always helps me become more mindful of my thoughts and actions as well as how I can approach my friends based on what I read about our strenghts and flaws. To be honest ever since my relationships with my friends have become so much more close and open. I’ve always wished that other astrology apps would let us find strangers who are like us or good matches for us so we can form new connections with other in this disconnected time, and this app has realized my dreams.
