## What is Hangry Baby?

Hangry Baby keeps track of when and how much your baby drinks — and tells you when they're likely to get hungry again.

Log a feeding in a single tap. The app learns your baby's rhythm right on your device and predicts the next feeding — with a likely time window and a live countdown.

LOG FEEDINGS
• Bottle with size, amount filled and left over — the amount your baby drank is calculated automatically
• Breastfeeding with a timer, including side (left / right / both)
• A note for every entry

SMART PREDICTION
• Learns from your rhythm, the time of day and the last amount your baby drank
• Shows the likely next feeding with a probable time window
• Flags overdue feedings
• Optional reminder when it's time

FOR BOTH PARENTS
• Share feedings with your partner via iCloud — both see and add to the same entries

NEW: Backup

• Export all entries as a file – JSON for restoring, CSV for viewing in a spreadsheet.
• Restore from a backup: only missing entries are added, nothing is ever deleted or overwritten.
• If you like, Hangry Baby backs up automatically to a folder of your choice.

Also:
• Beef and veal are now in the solid food selection, and some foods showed the wrong icon.
• The Lock Screen card no longer disappears when you log a feeding from it.
• Several stability improvements, especially with parent sharing active.
• The premium screen now states clearly that parent sharing requires an iPhone or iPad on both sides.

### 1.5.3 — 2026-08-15

New for solid food:

• Beef and veal are now in the food selection.
• Some foods showed the wrong icon (blueberries showed an egg) – fixed.

Bug fixes:

• Fixes a crash on the overview screen that could occur while a feeding was edited or deleted at the same time in parent sharing.
• "Avg. interval" now ignores longer tracking breaks and shows your actual rhythm again.
• Large gaps in the history are shown in days instead of three-digit hour values.
• A bottle nothing has been drunk from yet now points out that the amount can be added later.

### 1.5.2 — 2026-07-28

The Lock Screen can do more now: start and stop nursing, watch the running nursing time and log a bottle in between – all without unlocking your iPhone. It also shows how long ago the last feeding was and when it happened. New in Settings: hide the quick actions you don't use (bottle or nursing).

### 1.5.1 — 2026-07-24

The solids diary is now free for everyone: log foods, amount and tolerance – even combined. New: a matching icon for every food. Also fixed: in rare cases the baby photo could disappear.

• New: Solids diary (Premium) – keep track of what your baby eats: foods (including combos like potato + carrot), the amount in g, ml, spoons or pieces, and how it was tolerated – handy for watching new foods.
