It just wants to make a new account but won’t because I already have one. I use this app for the first time. Once my information was entered I received a message that said your session has started. The next thing I know I’m getting a parking violation from the Portland, Oregon police stating that I did not have a receipt in my windshield. I tried to reach customer service and was on the phone for an hour. No one came to the phone. It’s now two days later and I still haven’t heard from customer service . I was told by I’m park customer service that the next time I use the app I should make sure I’m paid before I leave my car. What a backhanded slap and what a horrible customer service experience if you’re going to use this slot use the QR code or the machine or you’ll get a $90 ticket ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-11-03, version 3.3.6* I paid through them, got a ticket from parking lot company for nonpayment, and when I called HangTag for proof of payment thst I could send to the parking lot company, they said they had no proof. Fine, I can do that, but then the map will zoom itself back out not long after I’ve zoomed in! So then I have to zoom in again. The location button also doesn’t work. However, it always ask to confirm your vehicle in a tiny pop up that I’ve missed once or twice and not paid for parking. This morning, I realized that I had entered the license plate incorrectly. I tried to change it, but the system would not allow that, so I created a new vehicle with the correct license plate. I said that as the default and expected it to be able to delete the incorrect one that did not work.
